Who we are

RAD Development is part of Chimo Holdings, based in Centurion, Gauteng. Our Information Officer is Alfred Chingombe.

What we collect on this website

Our forms don’t store anything on our servers. When you request an estimate or a concept, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send us. We then hold that conversation in our WhatsApp Business account.

We count visits and button clicks with privacy-friendly analytics. This uses no advertising cookies and doesn’t identify you personally.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your concept or quote, and deliver the work you ask for. We don’t sell your information, and we only send marketing messages if you opt in separately.

Where it is kept

This website runs on Vercel, and WhatsApp is run by Meta. Both may process information outside South Africa, under their own data-protection terms.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us on WhatsApp or at hello@raddevelopment.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
