The problem

What we built
A secure portal that imported thousands of documents, grouped them into claims per patient, and opens on a “Needs attention” list.

How much does a website cost?

A profile site is R2,950. Business websites start at R9,500, sites that take payments or bookings start at R24,000, and custom portals start at R60,000. Use the instant estimate above for a range in rand, or pay monthly over 12 months.

Who owns the website?

Your domain, content and data are always yours. On a monthly plan, the site licence transfers to you after the final payment, and you can buy out early at a price agreed upfront. If we ever close, we hand you everything you need to move it.

How long does it take?

Launch sites go live in 5 days, Business sites in about 10 days, and Sell & Book sites in about 3 weeks. Portals take 4–10 weeks, depending on scope. The clock starts once we have your content.

What happens after launch?

Care plans from R199 a month cover hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring and updates. Higher plans include monthly edits. You message a named person on WhatsApp, not a ticket queue.

Do you use AI?

Yes, to do in days what used to take weeks. That's why our prices are fair. Real people design, test and support every site.

What does PayFast or WhatsApp automation cost me?

PayFast charges per transaction (about 3.2% + R2 for cards and 2% for Instant EFT), with no monthly fee. WhatsApp confirmation messages cost cents each, at Meta's published rates. We pass these on at cost and tell you upfront.

Is my customers' information safe?

Every site we build has HTTPS, protected forms and a POPIA privacy notice. Portals use secure logins, and each person sees only their own data.
